Representative was very professional and knowledgeable about my issues and helped me step by step to fix issues High recommendation.
After initial issues of my own misunderstanding the app seems to be running well and working. Hopes this stops some chargebacks I incurred in the last month. It's sad we must use software to protect our own interests but that's the world we live in I guess. Recommend the App for anyone selling on a e-commerce platform.

The features available on the more advanced plans require significantly more backend resources on our end in order to block accurately, which is what keeps the Basic Plan sustainable for everyone. It has produced sales for me. Only issue I have had is 4 of the five recent sales flad as possible fraud but in the end are not. Not sure what is going on there. Also the $50 per day even though I was making sales mainly of one item I was loosing my profits since my margin on this product was only 10% it left me with little for the sales in the end as I spent over $400 as many days I had no sales. It is a tough decision as if sales picked up I would restart my campaign but as it was going when I crunched the numbers it wasn't producing enough sales for $50/ day cost.
Overall it is great and simplifies product research. Only issue is many products you have to ask for margins and permission to add to your store, though small price to pay for the ease.
