Hulk Apps has been a reliable and efficient tool for our website. I've also been impressed with their quick response time to my questions, which has saved me a lot of time.
Intuitive Shipping support was exceptionally helpful to fixing the UPS senerio changeover. I was having difficulty getting it switched over. The support team made a quick video showing me what I had to do. Within no time I had it fixed and working on our website.

Support is excellent and highly responsive, but truly the app is a bit quirky. If you use a hidden fee that is % based, your customers may see an extremely high amount of products in their cart, which I think will really hurt conversions.

Thank you for the review and your kind words about our support! We understand your concern regarding the number of line items in the cart. We are constantly working on making our fee logic cleaner and more seamless to ensure it never affects your conversion rates.
We just started using this app to let our customers know more about other compatible products they can choose. There's a lot more to know but the support chat has been very good so far.

I installed the app and everything worked as described. I was able to modify all the settings and get the call button to display on my store in less than 10 minutes. I experienced one issue during setup. The call button would not display in mobile portrait mode. I emailed the app developer and the issue was fixed in 30 minutes. Thanks, George!
