He is extremely knowledgeable about all things Shopify and guided us through launching Google AI Commerce Search on our website. Seb made the entire onboarding process feel effortless. Changed over from Omnisend, email marketing is 50% app, 50% the person you work with. With that said, Henry has been great the past two months in our transition. We're not 100% fully on boarded yet. Privy is missing some features, that is in the pipeline, will be looking forward to utilizing those features when it releases end of July! More to come

Our website is based our of CA, we got sued from a blind person and realized this app didn't protect us. Maybe I was misinformed of what the app would or would not do.
