Thank you Marianne! A support agent should sell, not just answer. Really glad it's earning its keep at checkout. If you spot any question it fumbles, the Unanswered tab in your dashboard shows you exactly what to teach it.
So far, the app has been smooth and makes managing product barcodes much easier.

it's so easy to create a popup in this app, and you can do a "a lot" more! capture emails, create a lead list for sale campaigns, or newsletters, notifications for exit intent to prevent cart abandonment, I mean the list just goes on, and you can do it all in a few mins!!

Very disappointing experience. The app is not reliable and failed to work as expected. The setup was confusing, key features didn't function properly, and I ran into multiple issues during testing. I also contacted support but didn't receive a helpful solution. I can't recommend this app until these problems are resolved.
