Addly: Bundles app & AI Upsell

Setup is straightforward and the UI feels clean despite the depth of options. Pricing is fair, but it feels like it could be even more competitive given the market.

The app is great, but the pricing tiers are unfair for shops that sell expensive items like us. 1000 in revenue is less than 20 bundles per month in our shop. Good luck, the app works like a charm.

This tool is fantastic and has been incredibly helpful in upselling to our customers. The customer support team is also outstanding. We encountered an issue with H1 tags affecting some product descriptions, and Nikolov went above and beyond to help us understand the root cause—even though the problem wasn’t entirely related to the app itself but rather a mix of factors. Overall, an excellent app with a dedicated team behind it!

In a hold pattern to implement this app. While I like what I see with the app features, I can't spend any time implementing an app where they don't have the pricing structure figured out yet. It may be less than $30/month, but for all I know it could be $500/month. Will check back when they have this 100% figured out - hopefully the first part of March.

At first I was super impressed because it has lots of features & unbelievably customizable. Also, their support response was also very quick; however, after the first interaction I couldn't get a live agent anymore. Not sure why their chat support doesn't place you in a queue like most other apps - inconvenient in that sense. I would recommend if you have some patience.

First off, this app really helped me with what I needed. Almost exactly. The user interface is REALLY friendly. To top it off, I had some issues with the app. I messaged with N. Fast bundle creation, very fast reply from assistance good and simple app for apply discount with bundle.

App seems to do what it's supposed to do. Best part, there was some technical glitch I had, so I went to live chat. Actually spoke with a human and not a robot. Gave them screenshots, they fixed the problem from their end. Quickest, easiest time I've had with a minor problem being fixed, and from almost 10 years on Shopify that is a RARE treat indeed.

We love the app, it definitely increases our monthly revenue. Support is also amazing, after having an issue we were immediately able to chat on live chat and got the issue fixed and some styling help. Thank you Mr. Nikolov!

Super fast support team! Was able to provide us with a solution when I told them something was causing our customer confusion. We're super happy with the app and love the AI aspect of things. We love being able to offer the customers a discount for purchasing more than 1 product as well. N. Nikolov did an excellent job. He promptly answered all my questions and set things up for me efficiently. The customer service was exceptional and seamless. The app offers numerous options and customizable setups, making it ideal for my business.

The pricing is unreasonable because it increases with our sales volume. For sales of $500-$1000, the cost is $24.99. For sales of $1000-$2500, the cost is $44.99, and it keeps going up from there. I’m not sure how the plugin calculates which orders it attributes to itself. After installing it, I didn’t notice a significant increase in overall site sales or conversion rates, and even after uninstalling it, I didn’t notice a significant drop in sales. But its pricing is on a sliding scale. I'm going to try a different plugin instead.

Only just downloaded the app and can't believe how good it is so far! super customisable for our own bundles and volume discounts. smart and effective on the product page straight away. customer service is outstanding as i have had a couple alignment questions and sorted straight away! favourite app

We use Addly AI Upsells & Bundles on both our DK and SE webshops and it generates a lot of extra sales! We are very happy with the app and the AI function. It just makes it so easy to sho customers other products that they may be intrested i, as the suggestions can be set just above the product description. The APP prays to use AI for recomendations, but is really a very vague implementation. The AI is incapable to relate items by tag, type, or anything. It literally takes your most sold products and puts them together with the item you are seeing. The result? The same frequently bought together everywhere. I have used other apps that at least consider tags when recomending, and give more variety, and still i wouldnt consider them AI.

Up to now, the only thing I can say is THANK YOU, GREAT JOB. This app is very easy to configure and use, and if you have any issue, the customer support is the best I have ever seen in Shopify apps.

Love the app and the customer support. Being able to have both manual and AI bundles gives this app the flexibility I was looking for. I didn't want to have to go through all my products to add specific upsell bundles but had a few products in mind where I wanted to create specific bundles. This app allows me to do that. I also contacted customer support a few times and N. Nikolov has been very helpful in answering questions and helping me adjust a few things so everything works and looks the way I wanted.

Its an excellent app for upselling without much effort and its Free. The customer support is exceptionally great.
