This is the 3rd EU Withdrawal App I tried, and it's the best among all. (1) It checks for order validity (email address + order number), which can get rid of spams. But the error message should say "please check the Email Address and Order Number", instead of just Order Number (2) "By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy" - if it can include Refund Policy with hyperlink as well, that will be even better, coz Refund Policy matters as well (3) editable email template for free, super nice! (4) email notifications to both customer and merchant work well! Suggestion: If there is a "reason to withdraw" dropdown list for selection, that will be good - people don't like to type. For merchant, it's good to know the reason. For example, if damaged in transit, we may just send a replacement without asking the customer to return anything. Yes, reason is not mandatory but it's always good to know so different situations can be handled appropriately.

On the 1st page "Declare Withdrawal", entered the correct email, names and Order Number, but the button "Continue to Product Selection" is disabled. Doesn't work at all.

easy to setup, but it has a few problems. (1) after submission, the CLOSE button does not work. (2) if your shop is xyz.shopify.com but X-Home is your actual website, the confirmation email to customer shows xyz, not X-Home. (3) Order Number should be a required field (4) Reason for Withdrawal should be a required field (5) Merchant doesn't get a confirmation email notification although an email has been specified for that purpose - you only can check submissions via the app. Hope these can be fixed, otherwise I'd say this is still very immature.
