We had some obstacles during the set up process. I wouldn’t say it’s anyone’s fault that’s just how things work out sometimes I reached out to their support. Great communication communications good follow up. They got everything sorted and that’s why I leave the five star review. Additionally, it’s the best SCO app I’ve ever had. I recommend it for everybody and yes, I’m a real business. Rob schirtz

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry you had this experience. Since your review, we've made significant improvements to X Shield to make protection much more accurate while reducing false positives. Some of the biggest updates include: 1. Dry Run Mode – Test your security rules safely before enforcing them, so you can verify that legitimate customers won't be blocked. 2. Security Analytics – Monitor blocked visitors, review detection results, and identify exactly why requests are being blocked. 3. Improved detection logic with many refinements to reduce incorrect blocking of legitimate visitors. 4. Additional whitelist and configuration options for greater control. If you're open to giving X Shield another try, we'd be happy to help you configure it for your store and ensure your own customers can browse without issues while still keeping unwanted traffic out. Please feel free to contact us anytime—we're always happy to help.
