I used to think I was saving money using onVoard, but the app has sadly had my emails ending up mostly in spam inboxes, because of kinks and quirks of the app. Time to start looking for a replacement. If it ever gets a proper audience exclusion, and safe-sending features. I may change my mind, otherwise I would shop around. I want to thank A for the feedback, because this was certainly the most important customer failure lesson for me as an app developer. I was defensive when I handled the issue at that point in time. This lesson was a big wakeup call for me because A previously left a 5 star review and I screw up handling his issue. Since then, we've improved both the product and safeguards to prevent situations like this. Across the platform, we send millions of emails each month with good email deliverability consistently over these years.

DS Shipper the app is pretty bad. It's not intuitive, ugly, buggy, quirky. Fix one thing, break another. But it works.. HOWEVER, the DS Customer Service team is 11/10 amazing. If it were not for this team, and service, we would be using something else. There are often problems, bugs, issues we need sorted in a pinch, and we ALWAYS have someone to help us, in minutes. Because of that I would still recommend the app, but I personally think it has a long way to go on the software side.

Pop ups work well, easy to test, customize, and add extra java callbacks for tracking. Great price and amazing, speedy support
