Big thanks to BOGOS support team who always help me to find and solve the issue i experience so far when creating the offers. Especially big thanks to Mina who patiently help me to check the issue and tried to access to my store, check and finding the root cause and help to provide solution. She has good explanation and give the instruction to me to reproduce the steps and now the issue is sorted out. She is really really good!!
