Channable’s Support Is an Absolute Disaster! The platform might be excellent when everything runs smoothly, but the moment something goes wrong, their support is beyond terrible. Considering how critical this system is—responsible for exporting all our feeds to marketplaces, Google and Facebook marketing campaigns—their response times are absolutely unacceptable, downright disgraceful, and meanwhile, you’re losing massive amounts of money—clearly not their concern. There’s zero escalation in their support at all; it’s all handled by email, and it takes hours between each reply. Seriously, think twice before installing Channable—ask yourself if you’re ready to suffer huge financial losses the moment something stops working, because they sure won’t rush to help. The worst customer service EVER. Waiting days to get unhelpful response. They are priced well over similar solutions so you'd expect to get at least decent service... Apart from service - 1. solution itself not very different from other RMAs 2. set up was quite difficult with no onboarding support. 3. Draconian pricing model - you get "punished" for exceeding your limit ending up paying extremely high charges.

I added this app to my store and I could immediately start hosting live sessions on my website, and inviting our customers to participate in our sessions to shop our products live. The cool thing is that you can pre-populate the products you’d want to present in your session, so once you start your livestream you can easily navigate between the products while physically showing them on the camera. This makes it easy for customers to shop during the session. There's also a cool replay that you can use to share after the event and see more sales happening. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use, so it requires minimum effort to start. Well done!

Easy to use, rich with functionality and above all - Absolutely GREAT support team! I like how the labels load fast and sharp and that there are so many options to set conditions (by collection, by specific tags, include, exclude etc...). I was very skeptical at first, but after using it for over 5 months I can say that this is an absolutely GREAT media optimization solution! It performs amaizingly well, since using SpeedSize we have been able to load images and videos on our website blazingly fast with no quality loss. Products and visuals look vibrant and sharp thanks to them. Website metrics improved, BR went dramatically down and CVR went up. And the best part - It improved our Google web vital score to 95+!!! Take into mind, this app is not really Free, it's a plugin they deveoped for Shopify stores! SpeedSize can be used across all platforms. I had to contact the company and get a quote before installing the app. Otherwise it will do nothing. As for implementation - onboarding was seamless and required almost nothing from my side (thanks to this Shopify plugin they deveoped), support was wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend, 5/5!

I have been using this app for almost 3 weeks now and I must say I'm really impressed! After trying some other analytics tools I found Twik Analytics, what I love about it is the clear visual display and dashboard, I had some questions for the support and they were so quick to answer and best part - it is completely FREE.
