I should have read the reviews first. So, I just installed the Pro Plan and I'm finding that every time a carefully scroll my product inventory and select the products to put on sale that a good portion of those products ARE NOT UPDATED. So, right now I have 3 different sales running as I try to get the Bulk Discounts app to remember the products I've selected. I've been screwing around with this now for over an hour, archiving sales, or reverting or creating more than one sale because the app forgets my selections. DONE. I'm uninstalling this now, BUT the most frustrating part of this is SHOPIFY should have all of this built in! WTF Shopify, get your shit together Shopify, all these sales functions are BASIC functions that every business owner uses. WHY am I playing arround experimenting with apps that don't work when Shopify should have had this built in?

Hi, Thanks for your feedback, I understand how frustrating this must feel when you're trying to get a sale live. From what you’ve described, this usually comes down to how products are being selected or how multiple sales are being created, rather than the app not applying updates. The Bulk Price Editor applies changes exactly to the products included in each campaign, so if some products are missed, it’s typically due to selection or filtering during setup. That said, this is exactly the kind of thing we help merchants with every day. If you had reached out, we would have walked you through it step by step and made sure your sale was set up correctly. If you're open to it, I’m happy to personally jump on a Google Meet with you and go through your setup via screen share. We can review your campaigns, fix any inconsistencies, and make sure everything is running exactly as expected. Let me know if you'd like to do that, I’ll prioritise it for you. — Michael
What I found is that the sale I run must match whatever templates Grid Pixel provides. If I want to run a sale on a specific product at say 25% off, I have to hope there is a Grid Pixel template with the same sale because I can't change the templates. If I try to change the template there are glitches. Btw, there appears to be no option available anywhere to cancel the Grid Pixel subscription, there is only an option to change the plan.

Hi Fern, thank you for taking the time to share this. We want your experience with the app to feel smooth and predictable. I tested the discount update on your account and everything behaved normally on our end, so a quick message from you would help us pinpoint what you saw and fix it right away. You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app if you prefer. We are always happy to help if you decide to continue and we appreciate you giving us a try.
I must have some skills because I built the entire website and I've been taking orders for 3 years. I also downloaded EVERY EVENT CALENDAR app that Shopify has listed in the store and I couldn't make even ONE WORK! I'm pissed. There isn't even ONE event calendar app that a small business owner can install without help. I did however, enlist the help of an app developer and after wasting another 3 hours on that tech-chat I gave up as the developer couldn't seem to figure out the problems. There is no embed code or method to get this app installed onto my Shopify store. So much for the "Shopify" app. I'm having issues getting it onto the page that is already online. Also, I can't find any controls for the app to input a date or event on the Calendar. The app isn't "verified" so the branding content remains at the bottom, they know who they sold the app to? Verify? Ridiculous. At this point I'm more pissed at Shopify than a dozen different app builders because SHOPIFY doesn't offer a realistic solution to a very simple request; how about offering a simple Event Calendar that ACTUALLY WORKS! Hey, I am sorry to hear you had a poor experience. I saw you install the app on October, 23th at 5:30pm. We received your initial message on Thursday, October 24th at 1pm and I responded back at 8pm. In this email, we responded saying that we had verified your account to remove the branding. As far as the embed codes - these can be found on our install page found in the navigation menu. Once you go to this page, there is several instructional videos and written instructions displaying multiple ways to install the calendar onto your page. Apologies you were not able to find this. For the date inputs - you would find that when you are creating an event. We have a section on our dashboard clearly displaying that you click the "create event" button which takes you to a page to create an event and input necessary details (including dates). This link can also be found in the events page found in the left hand navigation. Again - many apologies you had a poor experience but we responded to your email in the same business day. If you do have any further questions - please let me know. My email is theshopapps@gmail.com. Best, Luke
