Look elsewhere if you want an app you can rely on. We've seen signs of increased unreliability with strange behaviour and technical glitches for some time now. On Tuesday all order imports from and tracking updates pushed to Amazon failed completely, and the app interface would not load at all. We've not been able to get any meaningful response from customer service, and eventually had to help ourselves through reinstalling the app... which lost all settings and required us to set everything back up again from scratch. After this, however, the automatic order sync is still not working... and we have to manually check for new orders and trigger the imports. The complete lack of service/assistance during such a critical incident is simply unacceptable. We're saddened to hear about your experience. We've reached out to you through email to assist further.
