Really impressed with the support from Printerco. I’m currently using a Star printer, which initially wasn’t included in their standard module. However, their team went the extra mile to develop and integrate the Star printer into the Printerco system specifically for our setup. That level of flexibility and technical support is not something you see often. Highly appreciate their effort and responsiveness. It made a real difference to our operations. Thank you very much! Nash always defaults to delivery instead of pickup, most of our orders are pickup, so this causes constant issues. Worse, even when we cancel before a driver is assigned, customers are still charged and not being refunded. Unreliable system. Very frustrating for both us and our customers.
Mina was absolutely amazing! I had a complex setup, integrating BOGOS with Appstle Subscriptions and OneMobile to create a membership program where subscribers automatically receive a free drink with every food order. Mina was super responsive, walked me through the offer setup, helped me configure the customer tag condition, and made sure everything worked across both our website and mobile app. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get it right. Aiden was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire setup process. I needed to configure a membership program (Sip Club) using Appstle Subscriptions with customer tagging for a third-party gift app (BOGOS), which was a pretty specific use case. Aiden took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, walked me through the Tag Settings step by step, and even offered to add repeat rules from his end.
