Have gone through rough patches lately with support and product function, but after some debugging it appears to be running as intended - and then not... this program is a real crap shoot. I cannot give it a higher rating until they work their system bugs. Very unstable and unreliable right now. Support is very slow in advising on updates and/or fixes. App does everything we need it do. Had some set-up/configuration issues but Fabio walked us through them very quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
