Support response is phenomenal! After just a few seconds of chatting in, they get back to you in a snap! I love this app since it offers all the features I need in one app, especially the gift wrapping option and upsells. I usually needed to install 2–3 more apps just to have that for our store. So glad I discovered it % recommend! Thanks too to Annie for helping me set up some features!

I’d like to thank Abhishek, who was my support contact when I had an issue with the app. They took immediate action and helped me resolve the error efficiently. The app itself is easy to install and use if you follow the instructions, so I’d definitely recommend it. One area for improvement could be support availability—having someone available 24/7 for chat support would allow for faster responses. I understand Abhishek was likely on a fixed shift, which is why it took some time to reply. Nonetheless, the support I received was excellent. Thanks again, Abhishek!

I seriously love this app. It was so easy to get started and has made my customers shopping experience much more fluid with Instagram! The tech support was very helpful too and I feel they went above and beyond!!
