ETA: Word to the wise, this is what I was told after a fraudulent order came through from Villa Rica GA for a digital order (no shipping address only billing): It seems that, despite our best efforts, there’s unfortunately nothing more we can do at this point other than wait it out until the activity stops. --- it would be nice if this problem, a known fraud, got fixed stat. Sofia went above and beyond to help me stop fraudulent orders!

Thank you so much for your feedback! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear that Sophia went above and beyond to help you stop fraudulent orders with the Blockify Checkout Rules Plus app. 🚀 Your kind words mean a lot — we’ll make sure Sophia knows how much you appreciated her support! 🙌💙
This app provides key insight to LTV and CAC which store owners large and small need to attain profitability. The integration with Klaviyo is invaluable! Customer service is also stellar. Just starting out and can see how this app will help me increase profitability.
