The Smartzer implementation has been a very seamless process. Working with the team has been very enjoyable and easy. They are very responsive regarding any questions about the system. They are always trying to improve and better their platform which has been very beneficial. The Live Shopping has really helped grow our online presence and brand. This is a must have app. We received an order with billing and shipping addresses the same and a low risk from Shopify. In the old days, we would have shipped, confident that it was a good sale. Today, we use Signifyd to avoid this. In this case, one of my employees did not realize the guarantee was still in review and shipped anyway. Signifyd came back and said the order appeared fraudulent and we quickly contacted FedEx and had the package stopped and returned to us. That would have been a loss of several thousand dollars. Not only did we avoid a loss and chargeback, but by having a record of no chargebacks helps maintain a relationship with the payment processor. I cannot understand how any merchant would not use this app. Now, if only they come up with a fraud protection app!
