Kian was a great help today, where it wasn't working on my end he fixed it all on his. He was polite and patient. For something virtual it very much felt like he was right there helping along the way.

Uninstalled the app and the software remains on the product page with no way of getting rid of it, this will confuse customers as any postcode added comes up as unavailable for delivery... I fear we may have lost sales over this already.. Still haven't heard back from the app support regarding this issue... This app wasn't what we needed as it is for product pages only and we need something to restrict postcodes on the checkout. Eventually found an uninstallation page on the app which was showing up as a 404 error
Only just signed up with these guys and needed some support and I got a response within less than a minute, really good support!

Brilliant app, a bit pricey but worth every penny. Also amazing support team, they sorted out any issues we had within a few hours!
