It works really well at first, but with time, the speed starts dropping until it is tweaked again. Then it works for a short while and then again starts dropping. The customer service is bad: they may or may not respond. Sometimes there is no response for months. After checking other reviews I see that it's a common issue. It seems like the developers don't care for their app anymore. I'm going to discontinue their service. Hi, we rebuilt this app and launched the new version in May. Our support team has been restructured as well for prompt response. Now you can reach our support from the app itself. Please give this app another try and you'll be pleasently surprised.

A very helpful app that can seriously improve your SEO: upping the speed, giving you advice on how to improve your product descriptions or blog posts, resizing images, etc. The customer support is very helpful too (thanks, Liz!) I've been using this app for over a year now, and I'm really glad I discovered it!

Using this app for some time now and I'm in love with the customer service. It's really exceptional. "PayWhirl" is a small team and they are working around the clock to accommodate customers' needs. Asked them to make some custom changes, and they did it very quickly, answered all the questions, and made sure that I'm happy with how everything works. It's a very responsive team, so even IF you may experience some issues you can rest assured that you won't be left on your own.

Great app. Before I installed it, I regularly missed sales due to misspelled searches. With this app, it's a non-issue. Also, I love how it suggests products once you simply hit the search bar. I wish there was a bit more transparency on some stats, but I was promised that my feedback will be addressed. Also, I want to mention outstanding customer service. Mario, the representative that was working with me, was nothing but responsive, helpful, courteous, and patient – working with me around my schedule. Thank you Mario! You sold it:)
