There aren't too many apps in the Shopify app store that would allow for flexible creation of bundle products (bundles consisting of multiple products that appear as one product in the shop). This one does mix and match combo products pretty well. The app admin UI is clear and easy to use, and quite a few types of bundles are supported. You need the pro plan of the app to create multiple combo products, and the list price is pretty expensive. After longer-term use, it has become apparent that the different bundle types have surprising and somewhat arbitrary restrictions. Also, use support has been a hit-or-miss lately: replies don't address questions or provide solutions that don't work for the described problem.

Original reply: We are really grateful and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear you are pleased with our Support team. :) ------------------- New update: Hi again, We are very sorry if the app hasn't lived up to what you expected after long-term use. Our merchants' satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We hope that our correspondence by email will help smooth out everything and re-create the experience that lead you to leave a 5star review in the first place. We are looking forward to hearing back from you. Looking back on your original review, I also wanted to use this opportunity to let you, and other merchants, know that we have recently released a new pricing model that is no longer based on features and bundle shows. It is instead based on the sales you make through bundles on Fast Bundle. In this new pricing system, all of our features, including multiple combo creation, s available on all of our plans. We would be more than happy to switch you over to the new pricing model if you choose so.
Brilliant app. Allows highly customizable order printouts and has a handy features like automated invoice links in emails and convenient bulk order printing. Pricing is micro-store friendly.
