This app has been fantastic for our needs. The team are extremely responsive, which is the main value for us in continuing to use the app. The platform itself is clear, intuitive, and easy to set up, and it integrates seamlessly with our store. Whenever we have encountered small hiccups while building forms, the team have always been quick to step in and help resolve any issues.

There are some little hiccups with orders not updating straight away (such as tags getting stuck in one state and not changing when the status is updated) but aside from this, the app is excellent! It does everything we need it to, in a straight forward and clean layout that is accessible and user friendly. The support team are fantastic too!

Does everything that we need and it's super simple to set up. They've clearly thought through the requirements that most businesses would have and have covered all of them. Great app for low stock alerts even if you have 1000's of products.
