I spent an hour trying to get this app working with basic filters, and it was nothing but dead ends. Total waste of time. This app is a steaming pile of garbage, shame on the developers for releasing something this broken.
SaaS always feels like a scam, but hey, the investors always get paid. The app is a solid 3 of 5, up from my previous 1 star review. Provide more value.

We're very sorry to hear that your experience with our app has been frustrating. We understand that you've run into an issue while importing reviews with a CSV file. As each file is different, we would really appreciate it if you could send us the file to take a further look. Importing can be confusing the first time but it should get easier over time, and we're here to help you with that.
Impossible to get a human. Just a trash service even though we are spending thousands on Google Ad's. Another big tech dumpster fire. My dream is that AI levels their business.
