Scently

Honestly is a gamechanger. At the FREE pricepoint you wont find anything better and it is far better than simply using G-Suite for CS. Has AI, auto hides bad comments, etc. Give it a try. Plus, Karri is a legend

Founders Cory and Shaan provide outstanding support super quickly and take the time to understand what you need. I've had suggestion that they've taken and implemented SAME-DAY. I repeat, SAME-DAY. That is unheard of in the saas world and I feel incredibly lucky to have gotten to know them at this early stage before they 'make it big' -- if oyu know what's good for you, sign up now!
