Pop-up POS messages was the one thing I and my team missed from our old POS system. This app does exactly what we need it to do -- display a visual pop-up message on Shopify POS so we can set up alerts for customers who aren't allowed to purchases certain services anymore. This type of function was something we sorely missed and we're so grateful to have found an app to restore it for us! When we had an issue initially setting up, the dev was very quick to troubleshoot with us and solve our issue. If you've been wanting a simple app that lets you have staff pop-ups, this is perfect! Great app that has all the features we were looking for! It has been difficult to find an app that has certain functionalities and so far it seems this app is going to be the best fit! The customer service agents I spoke with were very helpful in answering my questions as I tested app features and got everything set up, and they were very quick to respond as well.
