The app is good, but the support is nonexistent, so it's a 1-star. Tried emailing them multiple times but never got a single response.
It's surprisingly better than what I expected. The app is user-friendly for a person like me who has very little tech knowledge. The journeys, pop-ups, and campaigns have a lot of optimizations compared to other providers. The onboarding experience & support have been very good in communicating (Kudos to Sarangi).
Whatmore’s customer service made everything worthwhile. We’ve seen significant returns on our investment, and the analytics features provide deep insights into our sales metrics.
