first you need to pay the fee and if you downgrade immediately you lose all your access that you paid for. The site looks really low quality to be honest. Please fix those issues.

Dont recommend this app. The email automation doesn't work + they expect you to write their support to check if everything is working... Nothing for someone who needs urgently am app before the drop.
