The support we have received had been excellent. Avinash even helped us with a Shopify problem that didn't relate to SyncUp! The actual product is easy to use and works reliably.

I'm an existing FeeFo customer with a Premium Plan and this App won't install. If I could give it zero stars I would. Abysmal. I've contact support and they've sent me a word document with complex instructions for creating my own integration app!!!!!! Abysmal.
