Hello, I am Peter, support leader of Madgic. We're truly sorry for the trouble you experienced. You're right — there were issues on our end caused by an unusual spike in traffic that affected the app's stability. We've since identified and fully resolved the problem, and we've put safeguards in place to make sure it doesn't happen again. We'd really appreciate the chance to make things right. Please reach out to us via in-app chat, and our team will assist you right away. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to improve. Peter
