The app works as expected and does a good job of displaying estimated delivery dates on our store. The support team is very responsive – they quickly helped us fix an issue and guided us through the setup in a clear way. Great customer service and overall a useful app for improving customer trust.

As a supplier my products aren't on "discovery". As a seller there is no "Discovery" of products to sell..... Outreach to suppliers/sellers via email? So US only ! Why did you sent me an email about this!
There is button placed outside of the widget. We can't fix this. Customer support is AI, You don't get to speak to a human unless you schedule a meeting. We don't want a meeting!
Thus far going smooth ! Edit: Initially had some trouble, but the team picked it up quickly and resolved my problems !
Quick to respond to questions. Even helping when it's not entirely their problem. Knowledgable, they know what they are talking about. Haven't had much time to experience the app, but got it setup quick with their help !
