We love Ongoing Subscriptions! Everytime we've had questions or needed troubleshooting help, their team made the process effortless for us. Such a great Shopify app for the price! Thanks so much for the kind words! Here at Ongoing, we are working hard on building the best Shopify Subscriptions app. We are thrilled you had an awesome experience with our super fast customer service. Feel free to get in touch if you need anything at all! :)

This app has been reliable and effective for us. When I had a question, I reached out on their live chat feature, and was immediately connected to Juan, who fixed my problem in about 2 minutes, and offered me some tips and tricks for different ways I could do it. One of the better customer service chats I've had - I truly appreciate it, and am glad to be a customer!
