For the most part, the quality is good. When I had an issue with a sample, Customer Service was able to assist and the response time, when it came to a follow up, was very prompt with a resolution. The production to delivery time is longer than I anticipated so just plan to order way in advance to have product/samples in a timely fashion. Thank you for providing your feedback!
