Been using this app for 6 months. Its extremely poor quality. I had issues with weights not being imported I reached out to support. It took them 5 days to respond only be to sent a generic "read our guides" I have over 500 variants/products and they told me I need to import them via spread sheet. Bare in mind it automatically imported them all the first time I connected. Everything is old and slow. If you get a lot of orders or need to sort an order fast good luck orders take 5-10 minutes to actually transfer into the click and drop app so you can't do anything until then. The support is abysmal in general when it comes to royal mail their tracking page barley even works. If an item gets lost you have to wait 10 days to even request a refund then up to 30 further days to get your money back. To keep your customer happy you have to just re-send it out and pray they refund you the loss in shipping and items. If you book collections they constantly miss and don't show up which forces you to find a delivery office. The only good thing about royal mail is they are cheap and reasonably reliable when it comes to delivering on time the drivers aren't thick and won't put it in a bin on bin day or leave it exposed for anyone to steal. If you're running a high pressure business with customers who need things ASAP with little to no room for mistake use another shipping service. If you are running a more relax side hustle with a few orders a week sure royal mail is a good choice. For Shopify, as detailed in our help guides, if an order imports from Shopify with a SKU value that does not already have a matching product in Click & Drop, we will automatically create one when the order is marked as despatched. We will not automatically use order weights imported from Shopify the first time a SKU is imported. This is so you can check the weight of the package is correct. Could this be related to your issue? You imported around 750 products/variants on Friday using spreadsheet import, but it looks like these have all subsequently been deleted, so did you have a problem with this process? Ecomposer is the best tool for building a Shopify store. It gives you a lot of options for precise customisation of many elements. The free plan allows you to build a custom home, product and collection page which is everything you need when starting. Anytime I have an issue I can contact the support and they swiftly resolve any issues. Compared to other page builders i have used this is easily the best. 10/12/24 ---- UPDATE Still a very solid app, support are very helpful I am finally upgrading to the paid version and they never push for you to do it. A very respectable company.

EDITED FROM 5 STAR THIS APP IS ONLY WORTH USING IF YOU UPGRADE TO THE SECOND LEVEL OF SUBSCRIPTION ($20) BASIC LOGIC IS LOCKED BEHIND IT. Works extremely well, it has every option you could imagine. Text boxes, Swatches, Tick boxes. The logic works perfectly. It may take a while to understand what each option does, but it's very simple when you do. The support is also exceptional, arguably the best I have ever used. They will add custom code if their display options aren't what you need. A big thanks to Haris.

Been using Tapia since the beginning, it greatly optimised my store speed. From Google's speed rating it was around 30 for mobile and 50 for desktop after using the optimisation it went to 72 on mobile and 97 on desktop. These stats are from Google's own page not an internal measure through Tapia. It also allows compression and optimisation of images that have already been uploaded to Shopify saving a great deal of time than uploading to a 3rd party and then uploading back to Shopify. It also allows for a simple way to add alt text to every uploaded image which may have been a part of a free trial I don't recall exactly. I should also state I haven't spent a penny on any of the services and I am still on the basic free plan. I do intend to update the plan and pay for their extra services to further optimise speeds and SEO.

Great app, extremely helpful and fast support and also integrates with page builders

Used this app for another website I run. Works perfectly has enough options for the more advanced users. Gives all the customisation you could ask for. Any issues you might run in to or settings they don’t offer you can contact support and they resolve it extremely fast.
