Hitsy Progress Bar has been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store. It’s easy to customize, looks polished, and gave me the flexibility to match the progress bar to the overall look and feel of my site. What impressed me just as much as the app itself was the support. I encountered a small cart behavior that was specific to my theme, and Dom and Arnas took the time to understand the issue, explain what was happening, and provide a working solution. Everything is now working perfectly. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely receptive to my feedback. Great app with exceptional support. Highly recommended!
When I started looking for a returns and exchange app for my store, I quickly realized this was more than a feature-list comparison. Every merchant runs their business differently, and most returns apps ignore that... they force you into one rigid setup and expect you to work around it. I needed something that adapted to my business, not the other way around. As a print-on-demand merchant, finding a Shopify returns app that fit my business model proved to be near impossible. I downloaded and tested more than six different solutions, and not one of them met my needs—until I found ReturnZap. It is the first platform I've found flexible enough to support my specific workflow. Between same-item exchanges, no-return-shipping workflows, bonus store credit, and complete control over the customer-facing portal, I was able to configure ReturnZap to fit my business instead of altering my business to fit the software. Over the past few weeks, I've spent a significant amount of time exploring the app across a wide range of return scenarios, including exchanges, refunds, store credit, and more complex multi-item claims. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into both the product and its workflows. The platform is highly customizable and capable of handling situations that many returns apps simply don't address. The support has also been outstanding. The team has been responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in feedback. They take the time to explain the reasoning behind their design decisions and are open to ideas that can make an already strong product even better. If you're looking for a thoughtfully designed, highly configurable returns and exchange platform, I highly recommend giving ReturnZap a serious look.
Rubik does exactly what I needed for assigning images to product variants. The variant galleries load very quickly, and I have not noticed any impact on page speed. The app is also very easy to use. That said, what really impressed me was the level of support. I encountered a small issue with my Horizon theme and contacted support. Umid took the time to explain why it was happening, worked through a few tests with me, and developed a solution that resolved it. The communication was honest, fast, and highly professional. It is rare to find a developer who is this responsive and open to customer feedback. I have now signed up for a paid plan and would highly recommend the app.
I’ve been using Media Cleanup while working on my Shopify store and it’s been really helpful for keeping my file library organized. It’s surprising how quickly unused images and files start to pile up when you’re building a store, so having a way to identify and clean those up is great. One thing I really like is how clearly everything is laid out on the dashboard. It’s super easy to see which files are being used and which ones aren’t, and where they’re connected in the store. The bulk actions work great, and I especially like that deleted files go to a trash folder first (for up to 30 days) instead of being permanently removed right away. Having some time to restore something if it gets deleted by mistake gives a lot of peace of mind. I’ve also shared a little feedback while testing the app and the developer has been very responsive and open to suggestions, which I always appreciate. Overall it’s been a really useful tool and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a simple way to manage and clean up their Shopify file assets.
