Fraud company. First sold these features as free with analytics with the theme. Now disabled many important features and converted to paid. I will be reporting this fraud to local authorities. In fact, we extended usage limits for our theme users at that time, like you, and nothing has changed on our plan recently. They helped me resolve 2-3 issues in 6-8 hours. Will be keeping the subscription for this service. Best part - Zero arrogance in customer service! That's rare!!
