It's an easy 5 out of 5 so far. You get way more than you pay for. This app is insanely comprehensive and does exactly what I need for the growth of my store. Customer support is top notch. I submitted a ticket because there was an un-editable link that was going to a dead landing page and Annie helped me out almost instantly. I am from/based in Hawai'i so my hours are always weird compared to the rest of the world but I woke up to the links fixed after sending an email very late last night. So stoked!! No commission/incentive or comps for this review, I'm seriously just a happy customer and can't wait to see how this wonderful app grows with my company. My favorite purchase of 2025 so far. Mahalo for the super quick assistance again, Annie, Bloom + Tim!

10/10. Customer support was incredibly fast helping me tweak some of the filters to show specific variants on collection pages by color. App is beautiful and I love how simple it is. We tried 3 other apps before this one and I’m so happy we are with Varia.
Love this app! I hope in the future store owners can moderate their own reviews but for now its great and the customer service is awesome. Mahalo for your help!

Thank you for your review! Currently, customers can submit a review after they have made a purchase and used the Shop app. Once submitted, reviews are assessed for any of our policy violations. Shop may reject or remove a review if the review violates any of our Shop policies. At this time, store owners can not remove reviews. -Emily, Shop Support
CHESTER WAS THE BEST. I asked a super stupid question & he responded to my email in like 3 minutes with the kindest tone. Tip for anyone using Loox: the answer you need for most things in probably in your settings. It's such a high quality developed app & I am stoked to use it. Mahalo again Chester for the help!!
The best customer service I've ever received on any of my third party apps with Shopify. The theme concierge team usually responds within minutes and I haven't had an issue yet that they can't solve. I am from Hawai'i and my business is based here -- so naturally my working hours are usually very far behind that of the rest of the world that operates during EST. The Judge.me team offers a personal experience that I can't believe is included complimentary with a free version of the app. Honestly, they're just doing it better than everyone else. Specifically Juan Chomba at Theme Support. Thank you for the best service -- you've got a customer for life :)
