We had this app installed for several years and continued being charged monthly through Shopify Billing. When we recently reviewed the app, it was not functioning and showed a "site can't be reached" error when accessed. We contacted support requesting clarification and a refund review but did not receive a response. Unfortunately, this was our experience.

Excellent product. Their service is great. Chris is the best sales agent he gives you great service.
