I've tried quite a few of these profit tracker apps (even tried making one myself), but honestly, none of them offer what MerchantFlow does and the ones that come close cost 10x the monthly price. My favorite feature by far is the integration with my 3PL, so the data I'm seeing is the actual data not a guess.

Thanks so much, really appreciate the review. This means a lot, especially since you’ve tried a few profit tracking tools and even had a crack at building one yourself. The 3PL side is something we’ve put a lot of effort into, because guessed numbers can throw everything off pretty quickly. Really glad MerchantFlow is giving you data you can actually trust. Love this app, maybe for future updates add a analytics section so i can see how many opened the email and how many actually cancelled.
I was having issues with my checkout and initially thought it was caused by the app. Max jumped in right away to help,we tried a few things within the app, but nothing seemed to fix it. Then Max went a step further and checked my Shopify dashboard. Turns out, my own manually set discounts were conflicting with the ones from Koala, which caused the issue. Incredible customer service, Max really went above and beyond. And the app itself is great
