Penelope responded fast to my request for help. Looks like the app is working the way it should.
Love the look on my pages and looking into other apps from this developer.

Thank you for your review! We’re so happy to hear you’re loving how the app looks on your store pages. It’s also wonderful to know you’re considering trying more of our apps. We’re grateful for your trust and support. Samuel
When we launched this app on our store, we had zero reviews on Shopify. That is due to the fact that we did not have a review app installed prior to this. But within minutes of the launch, I had over 100 5-star reviews on my site. This app pulled all our verified reviews over from our Etsy store and matched them with the same items we sell on Shopify. Our sales on Shopify increased due to the discounts we offer in this app and our search history increased due to being published on the Judge.me website. We are very happy with this product.
