Their support team is truly impressive—very responsive and quick to resolve any setup or technical issues. Every time I reached out, they handled things efficiently and made sure everything was running smoothly in no time. I really appreciate the timely and professional assistance!

Just gotta say, the Profy Banner & Countdown Timer app is the real deal on Shopify! You can tweak it however you want, way more than any others we've tried. And the support team are absolute legends. They're quick to respond, super helpful, and even do custom coding for you. We got our timer looking just right on both desktop and mobile super fast, all thanks to the easy-to-use dashboard and the awesome support crew. Seriously, this banner & timer app is easily the best. The others don't even come close
