One of the best support experiences I have ever had I have used a lot of Shopify apps over the years but the support from this team is on a completely different level. They don't just answer your question and close the ticket — they actually take the time to understand your problem and solve it properly. They scheduled a call with me to walk through my setup step by step and didn't stop until everything was working exactly the way I wanted. What really stood out was that they even helped me with issues that had nothing to do with their app — problems with other apps and integrations that they had no obligation to touch. They just did it anyway. If every app had support like this the Shopify ecosystem would be a much better place. Highly recommended.

I'm extremely satisfied with this app. From the moment I started designing, everything was clearly laid out and easy to understand — and the variety of beautiful designs is a great bonus. When I ran into an issue with the free gift in my cart, I reached out to support and they went completely above and beyond. The app founder personally got involved to help resolve the problem. With fast, clear and friendly communication they not only solved the issue but even set it up live for me themselves. Truly exceptional service and a fantastic app. Highly recommended!
