Highly recommend Anagram, especially if you have a product that requires a little explanation. It's awesome for giving site visitors a tool where they can do research right on your site, in a way that you fully control. It's super easy to use on both the front and backend.
Very knowledgeable and responsive support staff! They've gone above and beyond to give personalized support and make sure our questions are answered.
