Outstanding Customer Support! I can’t say enough good things about Appstle and their customer support team! Alan and Aiden went above and beyond to help us completely overhaul our subscription setup for Old Geezer Soap. We had a complicated situation involving customizable soap bundles, recurring subscriptions, and individual product inventory tracking. They patiently worked through everything, created a test setup, helped us verify that inventory deductions worked correctly, and even customized the design to match our store’s branding. They also provided walkthrough videos, answered every question, and made sure we understood how to manage everything ourselves moving forward. Highly Recommend Appstle family of apps for your store! I'm more than happy with this app and their dedicated customer service - available 24/7! I worked over the last week or so, including weekends, getting programs setup for our company's website and they were available to help me every time, even at 9pm on a Sunday, when all I expected was a message back in the morning. Great customer service is super important, because despite appearances, setting up programs like this for your store is an actual project. I had a hard time at first as there's a lot of options and settings, so it took a while to get the hang of it. I also had one combo bundle that wasn't working, but their development team went in and fixed it for me within a few days and now it's working perfectly. I only had two complaints: - With the combo bundles, if you have more than one variant price per product, meaning your products are listed by type and sizes are in a dropdown menu with different prices, not the other way around (one product size, etc. with many types, all the same price), you can't let your customers customize their add-on for the same price. You have to have one product size/price per combo deal or add on multiple. - The searching is clunky when looking for products. I could type in the exact product name, letter-for-letter, and it would still pull up other items before I'd find my product. Also, be aware of Shopify's had limits (NOT Appstle) - you can only have 20 active coupons & a low number of variants, so for bundle deals you're limited to a 3-piece bundle with a few options per each of the 3 products to not go over Shopify's limit. I won't get too carried away with that because I've built our website several times in the last 12 years on different platforms and Shopify is the only with this arbitrary limit. FEATURE REQUEST: I would also love to see a blank customizable option that's not connected to Shopify products - If I could simply create an add-on from scratch, create a dropdown menu list from scratch within the app, and add prices to each item in the menu, that would be awesome and much more simple. All-in-all, a great bundle and upsell app with a lot of customization, options, features, and the best customer service I've come into contact with in my 20+ year career. I'm a hard, honest reviewer with experience with hundreds, if not thousands of companies of all types in the e-commerce sector - that's not an easy win with me and Appstle did it. We've very happy with this app, their Loyalty Rewards Program, and their Subscriptions app, which is what we started with.

Incredible customer service, great options and by far most robust app that's met the most of my needs compared to others.

There are many apps that do similar things, but the real difference for me is what kind of support does the app have? Appstle's support has been some of the best I've ever experienced - in fact there are two new features that were implemented because of support tickets I opened! I've literally never had that happen with any other app support! I've only used two of their apps so far, but I would recommend all of them based on the quality of their support alone!

Customer Support was beyond helpful! They walked me through every step, allowed me to step away to support my child for 15 minutes, and were immediately responsive upon return. When we realized I created the wrong bundle type at the start, Aiden went back and created the bundle for me with the correct settings. He also gave me a feature normally for paid subscribers, just as the cherry on top. I am immensely impressed with their support, especially as a free-tier user.

My experience was very good and Shawn was very helpful and resolved my problem.

So far, pretty overwhelming with how many features and settings there are, but seems to be working the way we want with some tweaks. And support is phenomenal, going as far as creating a Loom video just for us to solve the problem we were having! Pretty awesome.

The bundles and discounts continued even after they were turned off. Support said the discount also has to be deactivated, but clicking into the discount just takes you back to the app. Even in deactivated status, the discount was still hitting customer orders. This seems like a glitch/bug but they won't admit it because it cost us money.

Very helpful when there is a problem

We had good experience with good customer support on other shopify apps, but so far Appstle guys are at the very top. They are the best. They are not jsut answering quickly, but truly finding a solution to your issue, even if you are not a paying customer yet. And on top of that their pricing model is very correct, unlike some crazy pricing from other shopify apps.

The bundles app was a game changer for my product pages. The widget looks great and is going to help increase my AOV.

This was the easiest app to create my bundles with. I had one question and it was answered quickly, like within 10 minutes we were done, fixed and saying bye. Stefan also pointed something out to me that would benefit my store and took care of it. I am so happy I chose Appstle Bundles!

Exceptional technical support!

Shoutout to Kevin on the support team - he went above and beyond for us. I had a few specific things I wanted set up a certain way, and he handled all the customization without me having to chase him down or explain twice. Quick, clear, and actually solved the problem. The app has been smooth since setup, no issues so far. Great product, but the support is what really sold me.
