Our experience so far with this app has been very great, It has given us great results and have helped us to improve our RTO rates. Bandwidth of customer team is also leived since customers are now editing their information without having the need to reach to support. Great product overall.
Our customers are so happy with the bot, and that’s why we love it too. It’s been hands down the best integration we've done on our website. In just a month, the bot helped us generate sales and handled over 68,000 queries. It knows our brand tonality and how our customer thinks. Sotrue is all in, and so is the bot. It's been a game-changer for us. Solid product
