The synchronization itself works. Unfortunately, we have received no response from human support, even after waiting ten days. Because a large number of old orders were synchronized, the affected customers suddenly received PayPal emails containing shipping information for those old orders. We are now receiving numerous complaints from customers as a result. We are deleting the app after less than a month because it has caused us significantly more problems than benefits. Since the old orders were also synchronized, we ended up paying almost €100 for this.
