We migrated our subscription system from another platform to Appstle, and honestly the level of support exceeded all expectations. The product itself works very well, but what really makes the difference is the team behind it. Nick and the Appstle team supported us through a complex migration involving imported subscriptions, customer portal configuration, translations, billing logic, CSV imports, date format issues (EU vs US), data validation, testing, and post-migration checks. What impressed me the most was that this was not automated support or copy-paste replies. Real people took ownership, understood the business context, investigated issues deeply, made changes directly when needed, and worked side by side with us until everything was correct. They even helped configure and localize the customer portal, reviewed migration errors one by one, fixed edge cases, and stayed available throughout the process. Special thanks to Nick for the patience, technical knowledge, and willingness to help even on details that were beyond basic support. Avevo una migrazione molto complessa da WooCommerce, con tantissime personalizzazioni e problematiche particolari, e la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata l’assistenza umana dietro tutto il processo. Non il classico supporto automatico o lento: qui ho trovato persone competenti, sempre disponibili praticamente h24, che mi hanno aiutato a customizzare ogni dettaglio della migrazione in base alle mie esigenze. Ogni volta che c’era un problema o una richiesta specifica, ricevevo risposte rapide e soluzioni concrete. Mi hanno seguito passo dopo passo fino a quando tutto non è stato perfetto, e grazie al loro supporto la migrazione è andata senza intoppi. Davvero raro trovare un livello di assistenza così alto oggi. Grande professionalità, pazienza infinita e supporto tecnico di altissimo livello. Super consigliati.
