We tried a couple of the bigger-name chatbots before this one. Most of them either gave generic answers or felt clunky. NeuroAds is different — it actually understands our products, pulls in real review ratings on the recommendation cards, and the multilingual support is excellent. The fact that customers can add items to cart without leaving the conversation is a big plus. Setup was the fastest we’ve seen. Still early, but so far it’s delivering.
