The help desk was responsive and showed me where I had two H1 tags connected to my home page. Penelope pulled up my page source code to show me where there was already an H1 tag on my banner logo. So, I just had to delete the other tag.
The app works great and the free version is enough to get your ratings recorded and displayed on your website. There were some issues with where to place the code in the layout/themej.liquid file but this was rectified by placing it between the variant selections and the payment buttons on the product page coding so it did not interfere with customer selections and works flawlessly now. I had a review in less than 12 hours and it is prominently placed on my homepage for customers to see.
