The app itself is excellent, powerful, and reasonably priced. And the "real gold" here is their support. It's my 2nd store using Simprosys Apps; their support staff are always helpful, resourceful, and able to solve my problem instantly (and sometimes beyond my expectations). Truly recommended. I desperately need a user-friendly drag-and-drop solution to arrange the 100+ collections in manual order. Certainly, the Shopify native interface can do the purpose, but the UX makes it difficult for me to perform the task efficiently. By chance, I found Sort'd, which has an excellent interface for me to carry out tasks, and most importantly, it's free. I know that there are more advanced features offered in the paid version (especially arranging orders according to the Product Metafields). Surely one day I will upgrade to a paid version

Researched a lot of different AI Bots, sounds to us VanChat is one of the most promising and has the best value vs cost. Tested with a couple of features, sounds good so far.
