Great Etsy integration. I ran into an issue and it was fixed by Abderrahman immediately - thank you so much :)
I tried removing the discount I had applied and it hasn't applied it to all my products even though the sync was complete. Tried to reach out to customer support as this needs fixing urgently but I'm out of hours - not good enough for an e-comm store. I have uninstalled the app but it has not fixed my problem.

Hey there - really sorry for the trouble you had. Wondering if maybe the products that didn't discount simply weren't selected? It should always discount all the products selected, but if you selected a product in a collection, or a by tag etc and maybe some products weren't included they were missed.
Alex was super helpful and so quick to respond, he helped me set everything up - the whole process was surprisingly painless! He also made recommendations to optimize. Thank you :)
