Grid & Pixel's customer service team is knowledgeable, attentive, detail-oriented, and quick! Rob, John, and Cathy have all provided us a level of expertise with Klaviyo + Shopify that makes them an extended part of our marketing team.

We rely heavily on Duoplane to manage all aspects of our dropship business. The software is incredibly easy for our team and our network of vendors to use, and it allows us to focus on the things we want to focus on: merchandising, marketing, and customer service.
